Can you customize my survey and report? |
Yes for an additional service fee of $495 |
When do you send the follow-up email to my team? |
When coach and leader agree to send it. This is usually 30 days after the action plan has been communicated |
When do I get my coaching sessions? |
The first coaching session is to help you understand and interpret your survey report. The second coaching session is to give you feedback on your action & communication plan. You schedule these according to the pace that works best for you. |
Is there a money-back guarantee? |
Yes, however this is done toward the beginning of the process. Once we get past the survey process the outcome is more a function of your ability to create and implement an action plan. So, if you are going to ask for a refund, please do it early in the process to avoid any confusion. |
What happens if my scores are bad on the follow-up survey |
We will work with you (via phone and email) to determine what happened and how best to correct the situation. The best thing to do is be pro-active so that the process work well. By working with your coach and following through, this process is proven to work well. |
How do I get my certificate of completion? |
If 60% or more your team rates the overall process with a net favorable score of 60% or more, then we will issue your certificate of completion. If your team has a net favorable score of 60% on their plan confidence then we'll indicate that you are in our Honors Club on the certificate. |
How do I make it into the Honor's Club? |
See above. |
What questions are asked on the Accountability survey? |
We ask four questions on the Accountability survey. The questions are: How satisfied are you that the Teamwork Tune-Up was completed in a professional and timely manner? How satisfied are you with your team's recently created Action Plan? How likely are you to refer the Teamwork Tune-Up to a friend or colleague? There is also an optional open-ended question for comments. |
What is a workgroup? |
A workgroup can be whatever works best for your organization. In general it is 5 to 25 people who work together for a common purpose. If you are not sure how to use the Teamwork Tune-Up for your organization, then please contact us. |
Can I see a sample of the Survey Report? |
Yes. If you log into our Online Learning System and create a free account, then you will be able to review the modules and see a sample report. |
