Larry Hill is a researcher, technologist, facilitator, coach, and a change agent. He has over twenty-five years of management and consulting experience. Larry’s corporate background is centered in Silicon Valley where he led multi-million dollar international projects for high-tech companies. One of these projects generated a $30 million dollar cost savings in just one year! Larry and his wife, Lori, founded CalPro Research in 2002 and have helped hundreds of companies in multiple industries implement continuous improvement programs through their survey, benchmarking and action-planning services. Lori Hill – Vice PresidentLori has over 15 years of successful business management experience. She has served in management positions at a CPA firm and manufacturing companies. Lori heads up the account management functions at CalPro Research. She is the main interface for client inquiries and is here to help!
