Introducing Larry Hill

Larry Hill is the Principal of CalPro Research - a professional services company. He is a researcher, technologist, facilitator, coach and change agent. He has over twenty years of management and consulting experience in high-tech companies such as Silicon Graphics, SynOptics, ASK Computer Systems, Synergex and others.

As the leader of CalPro Research, his company has helped many different kinds of organizations improve operational excellence such as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Syblon-Reid Construction, Mikuni Restaurants, Brookfields Restaurants, Quantum Financial Advisors, The Family Resource and Referral Center of San Joaquin County, and many others. CalPro Research has conducted employee and/or customer feedback surveys for over two hundred organizations.

Mr. Hill is a native of Silicon Valley and a graduate of the University of San Francisco with degrees in Information Systems Management and Business Administration. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and is APICS certified. He has held non-profit Board of Directors positions and lives in Rocklin, California with his wife Lori and their three children. Together they have launched a ministry called ThrivingMarriages.org.

As a consultant, Larry has an impeccable track record for helping executives simplify strategic and technical projects so that they can be done quickly and properly. His main distinctive is that he speaks three languages: executive, marketing, and techie.
