For example, in one organization, the Innovation Index™ surfaced the need for better decision-making for a portfolio of projects. To solve the project management problem, certain issues needed to be addressed that team members were reluctant to talk about. They were also missing an information management tool. Having an outsider facilitate the process kept it safe, fun, and productive. The problem was solved with just a little teamwork and facilitation. CalPro Research was also able to provide the information management tool to get the job done at a very reasonable price.

How it works:

The Innovation Index™ is a web-based survey that we developed to help organizations pinpoint areas that are in need of transformation.

You will receive a management report that will give you a baseline to measure improvement. If your organization takes the survey six-months later, you'll know how much improvement has occurred.

Any number of people in your organization can take the Innovation Index™ during a two week period of time. It is an online survey that is administered by CalPro Research.

You get two days of onsite consulting. You can break this up into four half-day sessions of facilitation, one-on-one interviews or coaching sessions. When we talk on the phone you and I can determine the best way to use this time. (Note: Travel charges apply if you are outside the greater Sacramento area.)

The goal of the facilitation or coaching sessions is to make positive changes in response to the information that is gathered. As an outsider, I can affect change in ways that someone inside your organization cannot do.
